- The Classical Plus coating is a Plascoat PPA 571 high performance polymer. Developed by Plascoat systems the corrosion resistance is unrivalled:
- Tested to 1500 hours salt spray and ultra violet resistance
- Superior resistance to salt, sea, sand and ultra-violet light
- Long term protection for metal
- The coatings are factory applied to a consistent standard
- Will outlast most, if not all traditional powder coatings
- Excellent vandal resistance and coverage of edges.
New Colour options
Classical Plus can now be supplied in a range of colour options (blue, red, green, grey, and light and dark brown) on a made to order basis.
Saint-Gobain PAM UK regularly benchmarks the quality performance of its Plus coating measuring against competitor products with finished coatings claiming to perform to the same high standard. Products are subjected to a resistance to salt spray test ISO 7253 - a particularly aggressive environment used for testing coating performances in the automotive industry, which accelerates weathering conditions. Results on two tests carried out showed Classical Plus performed 3 times better than its competitors.
