Fabricated Pipes

Saint-Gobain PAM UK offers a range of fabricated pipe tailored to customer requirements. Flange spigot, flange socket and double flanged pipes are available in a variety of lengths in diameter range DN80-1600 for both water and sewer application. The standard flange rating is PN16. PN10, PN25 and PN40 are also available. Flanged, double socket and spigot socket pipes can be supplied with puddle flanges where required.

Special requirements:

Further coatings are available on consultation. Specials can be fabricated on request, this includes Bosses and Special Drilling.

Flanged Fittings

Saint-Gobain PAM UK supplies the largest range of ductile iron fittings in the UK and holds large stocks of standard items for quick responses.

Flanged fittings are available in diameters ranging from DN80 to DN2000 and with PN10, PN16 or PN25 flanges. A wide range of shapes are available including; bends (including duckfoots and long radius), angle branches, tees (including radial and level invert), tapers (concentric and flat), crosses, “Y” pipes, bellmouths, pipe blocks, loose puddle flanges and blank flanges. All fittings are supplied epoxy coated, Blue for Water and Red for sewer.

Flanged Joint Sets

Standard flanged joint sets are available that contain a lugged inside bolt circle gasket (either EPDM or nitrile) and a set of coated HRH bolts, nuts and washers. Other types of gasket and bolts can be obtained on request.

PAM Valves

Saint-Gobain PAM UK offers a comprehensive range of valves and accessories suitable for all potable water and sewerage applications. All valves are supplied in compliance with WRAS requirements where applicable, and are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001.
The range includes:

• Gate valves - resilient seated and metal faced PN16, DN50 to DN300.
• Non-return valves - PN16, DN80 to DN300.
• Butterfly valves - wafer type and lugged type - PN10/16- DN50 to DN300.
• Air valves, Flap valves, and other specialist valves.

The standard coating for all valves is blue epoxy.

PAM Couplings & Flange Adaptors

The Saint-Gobain PAM UK range of couplings and flange adaptors:

• Encompasses a wide range of external diameters (DN50 to DN1200) and is suitable for flange rating PN10/16.
• Is designed to suit various pipe materials (including Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Steel, ABS, GRP, Asbestos Cement, PE and PVC.
• Has been developed in accordance with WIS, WRAS, European Standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Includes universal, ultra wide tolerance, dedicated and stepped dedicated products and also fittings for PE pipes. Specials are available on request.
• Features blue epoxy and rilsan coatings as standard (coating type depends on product range).
