• Fast Track fabrication for manufacture of flanged pipe, urgent requirements can also be facilitated on an up to 3 day service.

Technical Support & Back-Up

• RapidFlange has a dedicated technical resource focussed exclusively on the Pump and M&E sectors:
  • Extraction of Bills of Material from drawings provided
  • Advice on design and installation, including site visits where necessary.
• PAMCAD Design Software
  • Enables pipe runs to be drawn quickly and easily
  • Make up pipe facility
  • Use of standard products to minimise cost and lead time
  • Compatible with the latest versions of AutoCad

• Every pipe and fitting is tested in accordance with EN545 or EN598 as applicable to ensure permanently high performance,
• All pipes and fittings are kitemarked under the BSI registered approval scheme.
