VortX Roof Drainage

A new range of cast iron roof outlets that offer robust long lasting solutions for most construction market applications. Designed in accordance with BS EN 1253 the range consists of cast iron bodies epoxy coated to the high standard of BS EN 877 with the gratings and clamping rings protected by polyester coating for domed gratings and sheradising for flat gratings. All VortX roof outlets have been flowrate tested and comply fully with the standard and will connect to most drainage systems on the market.


Technical Details

  • Vertical roof outlets with 110mm spigot or 4” and 6”BSP connection
  • 50 and 75mm achieved through spigot adaptors
  • Cast iron domed and flat grates to suit NEW angled roof outlets 88mm and 45 with 4”, 3” and 2” BSP
  • Balcony outlets with 100mm spigot or 4" BSP
    • Flat or notched gratings
  • Two-way parapet outlets 4" BSP
    • With Steel grating: Angled, boxed or flat
  • Coatings:
    • Cast Iron Bodies : Grey epoxy coated
    • Clamp rings: Black polyester coated
    • Gratings:
      • Domed are black polyester coated
      • Flat / notched and sheradised
