It seems a long time since we communicated the headline results of our 2020 Customer Satisfaction Survey to you at the end of February. Everything changed very quickly in the following weeks so we’re sorry it has taken us a while to be in a position to share more information with you. We’re pleased to be able to do that now and we’re already working hard to address our priorities for improvement.
